How do I know my product is authentic?

All products available through rejurancosmetics.com.au are supplied by K Bridge Medical Pty (KBM), the official and authorised distributor of Rejuran products in Australia and New Zealand, and via KBM’s authorised
stockists. With official Rejuran cosmetics, you can be assured your product meets local quality, handling and assurance standards.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under local
consumer laws including that the products:

  • are of acceptable quality;
  • are fit for purpose;
  • are safe to use; or
  • match the description or sample or demonstration model.


Products that do not meet the above guarantees are entitled to a refund
or exchange. Customers may choose between a refund or exchange in
such circumstances. A valid proof of purchase must be presented to
receive a refund or exchange.

Can I return my order?

All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a valid proof
of purchase. The product must be in its original sealed packaging and
must not have been opened or damaged.

Where any product is purchased as part of a transaction qualifying for a
free gift; gift with purchase bonus offer or bundle offer, the gift or bonus
item/s and all items within the bundle offer must be returned in full.
Once we have received the returned order, the refund will be processed.

How do I return my order?

If you are eligible for a return, please complete the return form included
with your order and include it in the package. Attach the return shipping
label and drop the parcel at your post office or courier location. If you
have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer
service team for assistance.

Are there any shipping costs with my purchase?

For orders under $150, a shipping fee of $29 will be charged. All orders
over $150 will be delivered with complimentary shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery
within Australia usually takes 2–4 business days and New Zealand 2-5
business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation
email when your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We are the authorised Australia and New Zealand distributor of Rejuran. At
this time, we ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Confirm the delivery address on your order confirmation
  2. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived, contact our customer care team at
    cosmetics@kbridge.com.au with your order number and we’ll assist you
    promptly.

Do I have to create an account?

Yes, you have to create an account to make a purchase. This will allow you to take advantage of benefits
including personalised recommendations and services tailored to you, and
to receive Rejuran communications with promotions and product news and
updates.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password you can easily reset it by clicking the
'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email
with instructions on how to create a new password. Remember to never
share your password with anyone.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

On the rare occasion an item becomes unavailable after you place your
order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can choose a refund,
store credit, or receive the item once it is back in stock. Our customer care
team will guide you through the available options.

How will I know when a product is back in stock?

You can join our notification list on any sold-out product page. Simply
enter your email and we’ll send you an alert as soon as the item becomes
